About this apartment rental
In the heart of the Arc 1950 village, we offer you a warm mountain apartment, in a residence benefiting from 5 * hotel services.
2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms baths / WC, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso ...), one double bed, 2 single beds, sofa, bright living room with TV, terrace, ski departure / return
Services (depending on opening of the station): 24/7 reception, covered pay parking, ski locker, jacuzzi / hammam / sauna, indoor / outdoor swimming pool, gym, etc.
Housing :
The apartment is located in the heart of the village, in the Prince des Cîmes residence.
It is composed of 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the living room (with a sofa bed), a terrace, two bedrooms with 4 sleeping places.
Beds are made on arrival and end of stay cleaning is included in the rental (excluding kitchen).
Linen is not included for out of season or summer bookings. It can be rented, cost on request.
Access for travelers:
24/7 reception and covered parking. Access to the whole accommodation, to the ski locker (heated room on the ground floor) as well as to the wellness area of the residence (indoor / outdoor pool, sauna, hammam, outdoor jacuzzi - free access to days and times opening hours), in the gym (with cardio training equipment), in the two laundromats (washing machine and dryer in free access), in the luggage room (ideal for arrivals before 5 p.m. or departures after 10 a.m.), shared showers and toilets.
Other remarks:
In winter, the station is open from mid-December to the end of April. In summer, the station is open in July and August. Do not hesitate to consult the calendar for the current year.

L’appartement est élégamment meublé et décoré et équipé de meubles cossus. Il est très spacieux avec de nombreux rangements (rare dans locations montagne) et d’une propreté irréprochable et doté d’une excellente literie. Depuis les pièces principales, vue privilégiée sur la place centrale de la charmante station des Arcs 1950 et un peu sur les montagnes. Les services de la conciergerie OMAJOR offerts par le propriétaire sont parfaits : communication agréable, disponibilité et réactivité de Kristell qui a été notre contact privilégié avant, pendant et après notre séjour, de plus, qualité et propreté remarquables du linge de maison fourni. Résidence Premium bien entretenue et bien équipée (parking sous terrain avec accès direct aux étages de la résidence,réception 24h/24 ce qui permet arrivée et départ à toute heure, espace piscine, ski room permettant arrivée et départ skis aux pieds).
Tout est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Seul bémol : nuisances sonores très matinales et permanentes émises par la boulangerie qui se trouve sous l’appartement. Problème indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire, dont il n’avait a priori pas eu connaissance et pour lequel doit intervenir pour y remédier après notre signalement.
Le propriétaire, par l’intermédiaire de OMAJOR, a été très souple et arrangeant sur l’horaire de notre départ puisque personne n’occupait l’appartement après nous.
Une fois ce problème de nuisances sonores réglé, l’appartement sera parfait et nous le recommanderons vivement.

Il n'est pas normal de débiter préventivement la caution locative en cash! Je trouve la pratique d'Abritel inhabituelle et exagérée.
