Your apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location directly on the Kirchsteig in the former artists' colony of Holzhausen a. Ammersee. There, where the artist community "The Scholle" once belonged, to whose members u. A. Eduard Thöny, Adolf Münzer and Mathias Gasteiger counted, settled, today farms line up with their expansive meadows and fields. A short 5-minute walk takes you to the lake, where the well-known park of the artist villa "Gasteiger" with the neighboring public bathing area invites you to visit. You can regularly explore the entire lake from the local steamer dock. The tranquil climatic health resort of Utting is only a 10-minute walk along the lake.
The lovingly renovated, spacious apartment can be reached via your own entrance. The floor made of oiled spruce planks immediately exudes a cozy holiday atmosphere and invites you to walk barefoot.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in dem ruhigen kleinen Ort . Wenige Minuten vom See entfernt , Si das man gut vor dem Frühstücken schwimmen kann :)

Wenn man vom Wetter absieht, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Utting, was nicht zuletzt an dieser geräumigen, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung lag - super für eine 4-köpfige Familie! Touristische Infos und Wanderkarten lagen bereit, darüber hinaus gibt der freundliche Vermieter gerne Auskunft und Tipps. Toll!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, modernes Loft auf dem Lande. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Von Holzhausen ist man zu Fuß schnell in Utting mit vielen schönen Restaurants am Ammersee. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider war der Aufenthalt ernüchternd. Objekt wird als Loft bezeichnet und ist für mich eine bessere ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung. Das Bad geht gar nicht. Total veraltet und miefig. Der Vermieter tut das Nötigste aber auch nicht mehr. Etwas unterkühlt. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Umgebung traumhaft ist. Für Gäste sollte einfach mehr drin sein… Als Gastgeber hat man mehr zu tun als zwei Flaschen Wasser in den Kühlschrank zu stellen. So kommen Gäste nicht wieder. Zudem sollten die veralteten Informationen in der Info Mappe aktuell gehalten werden. Letzte Auffrischung aus 2019….
Wenn man keine Erwartungen hat ist man hier richtig.
