Parking available at property, sheltered. walking distance to American village. A simple and cosy apartment with fridge, stove, washer if you ever need it.
The bed was creaky. pillows too thin.

The room was spacious and felt more like an apartment than a typical hotel, which was great value for the price. The location was convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to American Village. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
There was no on‑site staff, so check‑in was fully self‑service. The hotel also requires you to email a photo of your passport to their Gmail account, which doesn’t feel very secure. On top of that, because there’s no staff, you can’t leave your luggage after checkout.

Room had everything necessary.
Had everything. Many things didn’t work quite right. Air conditioner blew warm air. Fridge wasn’t cold and leaked water. Property management style was very impersonal. Overall I would not suggest staying in Chatan.
