Liked the apt but a number of things not up to par with the pricing

Disappointing

The position. The flat is very close to the lake.

No good value for money. The flat is very basic, not a lot of furniture ( there was no cupboard to put our clothes we had to remove some dishes and other stuff in order to have some shelves for clothes . The flat was not very clean, very poorly furnished, not enough kitchen wear. No tools to clean the flat provided. It looks like the landlord just put there all the old/unwanted stuff they had at home. For the price we paid it was really unexpected We only received one pair of keys and we were obliged to do everything together. No service even if apparently there's a "conciergerie" they were not really available to help. We asked for some piece of furniture for our clothes or for a solution to store our bikes at night or for a baby table seat And the answer we received was really unpleasant, no customer oriented at all. Not a good location if you travel with babies or bikes or for a long stay. We were really disappointed with the presentation of the flat on booking and what we got. It's not money-worth at all

Location is excellent being close to the swimming parts of the lake and walking distance to the old town

Needed another fan or air conditioning as the apartment is not set up well for summer heat. Oven and toaster blew fuses when other appliances were also running. Shower head doesn't work well.

Nice one-bedroom apartment in beautiful Annecy

We felt at home in this apartment and would stay there again - it was clean and bright. (Annecy is delightful town, and the lake and mountains are magical!) This location is quiet and close to the Lake/Beach "Plage d'Albigny" (2-5 min walk). The bed (queen size) was comfortable. This place would be perfect for a couple on a relaxing vacation. We are a family of four, and it was totally satisfactory for a 4-day stay.

This apartment is a farther walk (15-30 min) to restaurants, bakeries, and the main town area. The pull-out couch was small (double bed size) and uncomfortable: squeaky with a thin mattress. We were there in June, and while the days were beautiful, the apartment got hot at night - one more fan would help so much!

Quiet location accessible to shopping and dining, one block from the lake.

Excellent location, well appointed apartment, free parking, professional, responsive, and helpful concierge.

While non-cancellable and non-refundable reservation was made several months in advance and credit card information provided for the initial and final payment, property advised 4 days prior to check-in while we were traveling outside the country that reservation could not be honored as the final payment, due a month earlier, was reportedly not made. Fortunately, the credit card information was resubmitted and the final payment was processed and confirmed prior to check-in.

Very nice cozy apartment great location

The apartment is completely new, probably renewed recently. Furniture are new and the style is great. Clean, fresh, good smell, all kitchen appliances are new. The location is great: 20 mins to the center and 10 mins to the beach by walking. I'll come back again for sure.

J'ai dû nettoyé la cafetière, la bouilloire non vidée et calcaire, le filtre du lave vaisselle plein de dépôt et le joint de la machine à laver sale. Pour commencer notre séjour, nous avons fait le ménage. !!! Le bac à douche n'était pas propre, le freezer complétement givré et le robinet de la cuisine n'était plus fixé. Nous avons aussi acheter 2 verres à eau car il n'yen avait plus. Nous nous sommes rendus auprès de la conciergerie pour évoquer tous ces problèmes, montrer les photos mais , la seule réponse apportée fut : "c est quoi l'urgence". Nous devions avoir une clé de cave pour ranger nos vélos, mais la clé est restée introuvable.

Le lieu de l’appartement très proche du lac , des plages , 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville et arrêt de bus très proche

Suivi appartement par " la conciergerie du lac " Incompétence , la remise des clés fait en 1 minute, pas d’inventaire ( constat, porte du freezer cassée,, matelas du canapé et un coussin du canapé tachés, que 2 verres et dépareillées , ustensiles de cuisine à revoir pour cuisiner , petit balcon vue sur le parking( le top ), impossible d'avoir un double de clé , porte résidence et appartement ( avions des activités sportives différentes ) réponse conciergerie sur Booking ,cause sécurité alors qu'il faut partir en laissant les clés sur la table et laisser la porte non fermée ,( ridicule ) , de plus sur place , ne répond pas au sms

Super god service, og nemt at få nøglerne. Gode parkeringsmuligheder, super beliggenhed og bare et rigtig fint sted. Slet ikke sidste gang vi besøger byen, og vi kunne sagtens vælge samme lejlighed igen.

Sengene var ret hårde, og sovesofaen var ikke super behagelig, men ikke noget som overskygger de positive elementer

Gestion à revoir pour être au top.

L'emplacement est au top. Apparement confortable et au calme pour un séjour à Annecy.

Malheureusement, la gestion est à revoir. Pas d'accès au parking mentionné, le bip de la barrière ne marchait pas. Douche HS pendant 2 jours (que de l'eau brûlante), robinet changé après de multiples relances. Propreté bonne mais accumulation de tartre dans la douche et canapé taché.

La situation entre la ville et le lac, bonne literie, tout le linge de maison

Manque de vaisselle, pas de verre corrects, couverts insuffisants. Dans ces conditions, le lave vaisselle ne sert à rien. De même pour la machine à laver s’il n’y a pas d’etentage et de pinces à linge.pas de poêles.. impossible de cuisiner.Pas d’accès au sous-sol pour descendre les poubelles.. Quelques portes manteaux au mur seraient les bienvenus.

die Lage nicht weit vom Plage ( Badestrand) und zu Fuß knapp 1 Kilometer in die Altstadt am See entlang. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, Betten gut. Alles da was man braucht.Der Frühstücksservice kommt so gegen 8.30 Uhr.
