El precio, ubicación y el espacio.

Había algún problema de humedad y provocaba mal olor.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento muy cómodo para hospedarse. Muy cerca al centro turístico. Tenían todo lo necesario en la cocina para poder preparar comida sin problema.

El edificio está en una subida, por lo que cuesta un poco llegar. No nos brindaron ropa de cama adicional. El sofá cama también no incluía ropa de cama, a pesar que en el anuncio ponía que sí. A pesar que lo mencioné no lo solucionaron

The property was in a great location, and had all the facilities we needed to cook and have a comfortable time during our stay. The balcony was a plus and open plan living/kitchen area was ideal for our group of three.

Some of the doors/walls are a bit tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. There was sadly a homeless lady outside the building steps everyday/night, whilst she was completely harmless and did not cause any troubles, for solo travellers or families with small children this may be more of an issue.

Ruim appartement voor 4 personen. Fijn dat beide slaapkamers een eigen badkamer hadden. Bed sliep lekker, was schoon. Ook handdoeken waren keurig. Fijn dat er in elke ruimte airco aanwezig is. Balkon is ruim genoeg om te zitten met 2-3 personen, hiervandaan zie je helaas niks van de mooie stad, maar prima plekje. Zon hadden we vanaf de lunch. Appartement ligt heel centraal alle bezienswaardigheden en Douro op 10-15 min afstand lopen.

Het appartement heeft idd zoals we eerder hadden gelezen vocht problemen. Hierdoor ruikt het muf je ziet het terug op verschillende muren en in de badkamer. De vaatwasser spoelt niet optimaal, waardoor je niet alles er schoon uit haalt. Waterkoker adviseren wij ook om regelmatig te reinigen. De percolator vonden we niet prettig/schoon om te gebruiken. Een ander koffiezetapparaat zou erg fijn zijn op de dag mee te beginnen.
