Lovely hotel, great location right next to the lift

We really liked the hotel and the location - it is so close to the ski lift, cafe downstairs and ski hire shop next door! Nice and clean modern room. We liked the facilities of having the ski boot room and the staff really helped us with parking as it was completely full, so that was really appreciated. Nice having the coffee machine and mini fridge in the room too.

Best ever Location for ski lift access!! Modern clean and spacious. Keyless entry. Tea and coffee facilities. Diligent cleaning. Great boot room. Superbly safe and convenient parking. Fantastic cafe and restaurant below.

It’s named hotel but it’s actually serviced rooms with a twin hotel 200m away. Luckily the bar below does fantastic breakfast options, quite apre-ski and then converts into a top class restaurant at night.

Beautiful and special place to stay!

This place is so special. Everyone was kind and welcoming and Alagna was beautiful. The hotel room was very detailed and clean and beautifully designed. We absolutely loved staying here.

Really swanky digs right at the foot of the gondola. The rooms are super tasteful and nicely appointed.

Fantastic modern rooms with wooden elements - beautiful and great feeling! Located right on the ski lift in a very-very unique village, Grear owner - Stefano! Big thanks for everything! Also a fantastic bar down in the village! Would love to come back, both summer and winter!

Brilliant

Hotel was lovely, as was the breakfast, despite us being the only people in the hotel. Loved that the windows FULLY opened, letting all the fresh air in. Amazing beds too. The recommendations for dinner were perfect too. Parking was great.

Had to unplug the lights over the window as they added to much light to the room despite the curtains being closed

Short ski holiday in Alagna

You cannot get better location for skiing, hotel is next to main gondola in Alagna. Beautiful, modern and clean hotel. Really good beds

Skiroom too cold - skiboots do not get dry overnight. No problem in warm spring weather but in cold winter times would have been an issue

The hotel was in an excellent location right next to the ski gondola and close to the town centre. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Stefano was friendly and helpful, and he was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. I would recommend this hotel!

Amazing three days in Alagna

the best location ever, in the centre of Alagna, close to restaurants and bars, and so close to the first telecabine to the slopes. A comfortable ski room is available with a lift to the floor of the entrance of the telecabin and we also used the garage. Breakfast is good, you get it in your room at the chosen time.

An exceptional base camp for Monte Rosa ascents and exploring Alagna Valsesia.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lift with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is exceptionally well decorated and equipped and also Stefano was very hospitable and friendly! Breakfast was also very good and served at a convenient time.

Everything was great but I would appreciate the ability to pre-book parking next time. During our stay, parking was arranged by Stefano but it was uncertain if we will get it. Coming with a car in the future, I'd appreciate the certainty that there will be room for a car.
