Locatie is op zich prima, in de bossen vlakbij Sintra, 10 minuten rijden naar de dichtsbijzijnde bezienswaardigheden. Het ligt aan het einde van een doodlopende straat waar je koffers kan uitladen, en dan kan keren om naar het parkeerterrein aan de achterkant te rijden. Hier kom je vanuit Sintra gemakkelijk weer terug.
We waren al laat, en toen was het appartement nog niet klaar. Dat is een tegenvaller na een lange reisdag. In het appartement zelf heb je op zich alles voor een kort verblijf, paar kleine onhandigheden, zoals via de keuken naar de badkamer lopen terwijl er geen gordijn hangt (dus buren je mogelijk kunnen zien), de bank en stoelen waren niet heel comfortabel. Aan andere dingen was dan wel weer goed gedacht, zoals voldoende handdoeken, alle benodigheden in de keuken, goede wifi.

Rustige plek aan een mooie tuin, waar we ook mochten zitten. Veel parkeerruimte.
We konden bij aankomst de ingang niet goed vinden omdat we via een andere route aankwamen dan in de omschrijving van de host. Veel trappen met ongelijke treden om van parkeerplaats bij appartement te komen (we hadden een senior bij ons die daar wat moeite mee had)
