Tan solo me gustó la ubicación

Las malas condiciones de humedad de las paredes y mal olor de cañerías que hay en toda la casa por mucho ambientador que haya. Además el colchón necesita una renovación, se nota que tiene unos cuantos años por lo blando que está cuando duermen dos personas en la misma cama. Además las paredes son de papel con respecto a la vivienda contigua y se oye todo tanto proveniente de la otra vivienda como de la propia calle.

La ubicación está en un lugar tranquilo cerca de servicios y centro histórico. La casa conserva detalles de su antigua estructura.

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de todo y sin aglomeraciones. La vivienda es espaciosa y tiene de todo, además es de estilo moderno y está muy nuevo. Al lado está el mercado y hay fruta, verdura, pan, etc.. todo fresco. Tiene para aparcar zona azul justo debajo y es de precio asequible, y además siempre hay sitio para dejar el vehículo por la noche.

La entrada va con código numérico en la cerradura, y si alguien te ve poner la numeración podrían entrar a robarte. El aire acondicionado de abajo (porque había dos alturas) no funcionaba y hacía frío, al contactarles pidiéndoles ayuda, nos dijeron que en las condiciones de la reserva no se anunciaba la existencia aire acondicionado y que iban a ver si en la reserva aparecía. Al ver que sí, nos ofrecieron una estufa portátil que agradecimos enormemente, pero nos dejó con la mosca tras la oreja porque si no hubiera estado en las condiciones tras revisarlo, podría ser que nos hubieran dejado congelarnos allí dentro. La puerta que da a la calle no da confianza.

The apartment was very spacious and well located, a comfortable walking distance to all facilities, including the train station. It was also extremely handy to the municipal market with daily access to a great choice of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as meat, fish and local cheeses, not to mention the beautiful queijadas pastry and coffee shop! Management response to queries is also fantastic.

The shower recess downstairs was in appalling condition with mould and slimy tiles. The bathroom vanities (upstairs and downstairs) have not been fixed to the wall and could be a hazard, especially for people with children. The bathroom mat is not made of washable material (rubber backed), and therefore it is doubtful that it gets washed after each stay... The TV had been attached to the power socket but no aerial cable so no access to free to air channels ( nor anything else...) so it was only an ornament. Upstairs a panel blocking access to the roof space was left unattached. It looked like the apartment had been nicely renovated but not quite finished..( ? ) Please make cleaning products available, so that guests can clean after themselves (sink, toilet, shower etc.), especially when staying for a week as we did. Similarly, please provide another set of sheets and towels for longer stays. Finally, it would be good to install anti roosting devices to stop the pigeons from leaving excrement all over the stairs and in front of the front door. I hope these recommendations will be useful to make other guests' stays even better
