Erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus in Oostkapelle

Das Ferienhaus hat in dieser Anlage eine tolle Lage, da man direkt über Felder schauen kann. Das Haus war sehr sauber! Die Austattung war gut, hochwertig und komfortabel. Zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Filter/Kapsel) stehen zur Verfügung. Dusche mit Infrarotstrahlern oben sind ist sehr angenehm. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Verweilen. Die Betten sind gut, aber etwas zu weich! Die Parkplätze sind ideal.

Die Betten waren nach unsererem Gefühl zu weich.

Wir wurden abgezockt. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Hund gebucht und bezahlt. Nach Bestätigung kam dann der Hinweis, dass Hunde nun doch verboten sind. Daraufhin haben wir um kostenlose Stornierung gebeten. Diese wurde erst nicht bearbeitet und nun, 2 Monate später nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen abgelehnt. Lt. verbraucherschutz.de geht es vielen Gästen so. Es scheint also kein Zufall zu sein...

Sehr schöne Fahrrad Woche in Oostkapelle

Wir hatten das kleine freistehende Häuschen. Schöne Lage in der Natur, mit Ausblick auf Wiesen und Felder. Ideal für Fahrradtouren. Die UV-Infrarotdusche, war ein angenehmer Luxus. Betten waren bequem und bereits bezogen.

Pfannen müssten erneuert werden.

Fijn huisje met alle gemakken voorzien.

Een prachtig huisje met alle gemakken voorzien. Het huisje was ruim opgezet en bood plaats aan vier personen, met bovendien twee badkamers. Helemaal geweldig, en alles was zeer schoon. Bij aankomst werden wij heel vriendelijk geholpen door twee medewerkers op het erf.

Het toevoegen van airconditioning en/of insectenhorren zou wat ons betreft een uitstekende aanvulling zijn voor het huisje. Wij verbleven eind juli met warm zomerweer in het huisje. De bovenkamers waren zeer warm omdat de zon daar pal op stond, terwijl de benedenkamer qua temperatuur iets beter was. Echter, door het geluid van verkeer van de doorgaande weg vlakbij de kamer op de begane grond, vonden wij het niet fijn om met open ramen te slapen.

Très bien mais très compliqué de se faire comprendre

La difficulté à faire comprendre que sur booking nous avions une reservation et pour belvilla 2 réservations et avoir par belvilla les informations demandées ( entre autre si les 2 logements etaient proches) Notre première réservation à été annulée 3jours avant de partir et booking et belvilla se rejettent être à l'initiative .nous avons du en dernière minute refaire des réservations sur les mêmes logements et avons eu la chance qu'ils etaient encore disponibles .booking nous proposait un camping ......n'importe quoi pour être "ensemble" notre famille avec deux couples avec bébés de 2.5ans

Eine Unterkunft mit vielen freudigen Überraschungen

Die Räume waren modern ausgestattet, es waren mehr als ausreichend Möbel da, Sideboards in Spielhöhe unserer Enkelin, Platz für Spielzeug, Bücher, Nahrungsmittel. Die Betten waren gut, meinem Mann war seins zu weich, aber für mich war das ideal. Wir haben es genossen, dass wir nicht frieren mussten, denn draußen war es oft nass und kalt. Die Heizung war daher gut, auch zum Trocknen der Kleidung. Das Beste daran: Fußbodenheizung ! Dass das Gebäude energetisch mit Erdwärme und mit Solarenergie versorgt wird ist auch eine tolle Besonderheit. Die Wärme ist viel angenehmer so und auch dass hier kein CO2 aus fossilen Energien genutzt wird ist vorbildlich! Die sunshower haben wir erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und gesund. Dass oben und unten Toiletten sind ist auch gut bei mehreren Personen. Die Elektrogeräte in der Küche und auch sonst waren gut. Mein Mann meinte nur, dass der Kühlschrank oben und der Herd, bzw.Backofen unten, weil man den seltener braucht. Das ist aber von der Größe abhängig und alle Leute sind verschieden. Die Lage war (abgesehen von der Hauptstraße vorm Schlafzimmerfenster unten) prima. Wir haben Räder ( auch Lastenfahrad fürs Kind als " Ladung" und Rücktrittsrecht, weil ich mit meinen Händen die Griffe nicht gut bedienen kann) geliehen und konnten den und andere Läden gut erreichen, waren aber schön außerhalb vom Rummel in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Fahrradinfrastruktur in der Umgebung ist auch toll. Für Kinder oder Ballspiele ist auch der große Gemeinschaftsgarten wunderbar. Unsere Kleine konnte auf den Wegen sicher abseits von Verkehr mit ihrem Laufrad fahren. Wir hatten gelesen, dass wir Spültücher und - schwamm selbst mitbringen sollen. Aber dann war trotzdem alles da: Trockentuch, Spülbürste , etwas Spülmottel und zwei Spülmaschinentabs.Eine schöne Überraschung und dazu gehörte der Empfang mit etwas?Obst und Knabbereien Wein und Mineralwasser. Dankeschön!!!

Kleinigkeiten. Das, was gefallen hat, ist wichtiger und mir fällt nicht gleich etwas ein. Ich hätte es beim Schlafen gerne noch mehr dunkel, bin Rollos gewöhnt, aber mit Schlafbrille ging es. Und wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass es im Haus schön warm ist, hätte ich nicht mehrere Wärmflaschen fürs Bett mitnehmen müssen. In Ihrer Infomappe könnten auch Infos über die Ausflugs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stehen. Außerdem auch die Hinweise, was vor der Abreise im Haus noch zu tun ist mit der Bettwäsche, der Heizung und der Spülmaschine.

Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt , mit Hund optimal, kleiner eingezäumter Garten , gute Lösung mit Zwischentür , toller großer Flur , viel Platz
