About this house rental
Villa with large garden just 3km from the center of Pula.
On the ground floor you will find bathroom, large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with gas burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. On the first floor 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds) and bathroom. At your disposal is also a washing machine.
Outside you can enjoy a large garden with plants and green lawn, 2 parking spaces, deck chairs, relaxation lounge, barbecue, outdoor shower and large veranda where you can have lunch, and spend your time relaxing.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi, bed linen and towels.
We are just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 3 km from the city of Pula, where you will find all services such as, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, ATMs.
The most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, like Chia, only 15 km, about 10 minutes by car.
The airport and the city of Cagliari are 35km away.

We stayed for two weeks and felt very sad to leave. The property was on a quiet block (bit of verbal noise from neighbour at the end of the garden but he went thankfully after a week). The villa is right next to the beach, a 5 minute walk, perfect for an evening stroll and to see the gorgeous sun set Skys.
Ania was brilliant with check in and allowed us to self check in, maybe not preferred by some but it was great for us.
Location of the property was excellent for Pula/Chia, Beaches were about 20 mins away, with restaurants also available between Pula and the Property.
Good recommendation on restaurant is RADA in Nora.
The property had everything for our needs, the kitchen was perfect, had all the equipment and also some lunch boxes for the beach etcthank you Ania this was perfect for dining in, BBQ's etc. Also available to use were beach items (no beach towels though so bear this in mind).
Aircon was really nice and quiet and nice to have as we got upto 28 for a few days.
The outdoor garden was fantastic, the outdoor shower absolutely lovely to clean off when coming back from the beach.
For evening meals or an afternoon meal the BBQ and kitchen area was fantastic
Also our son loved the dipping pool outside, we couldn't get him out!
Patio area was lovely in the evenings as well and had lovely lighting for good atmosphere.
We'd definitely go back!

The villa is gorgeous. Nearby is a little beach which is good for a quick swim.
Much better beaches can be reached by car near Chia.
The facilities in the villa are excellent and Ania is a wonderful host.
I highly recommended this place for a holiday but you do need a car.

Nice and comfortable house, very well equipped and nicely decorated, with a garden in a quiet area and close to the beach (7 minutes on foot). Great communication with the owners throughout our stay. To be recommended.
