Very pleasant experience! Big and comfortable, warm room with all the necessary utilities, clean bathroom, strong wifi signal, and balcony with beautiful mountain view. SPA zone (especially the outside pool with warm water) is well maintained and big enough, SPA ladies and personnel is very friendly and helpful- I can recommend especially deep tissue body massage. Rich and fresh breakfast, great evening menu in the hotel restaurant (vegetarian options available). Highly recommended for winter relaxing weekend in North Bulgaria!

Great SPA and pool area.
Massage services were great.
Spacious rooms.
Outdated, poor interior design and shabby furniture.
Service at breakfast could be improved, like restocking with cups and empty platters faster.

Clean room, well heated, decent view
Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows, leaky toilet, dated interior showing its age, the water in the kids pool was relatively cold, the waiter always frowned when asked for anything
