A Truly Wonderful Stay – The Kindest Host Ever! Staying at this apartment was one of the highlights of our vacation. From the very beginning, the host Mr.Gregor Barrenstein was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. He greeted us with such warmth and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely caring – We felt more like a guests in a friend’s home than a travelers. Also there was a small chocolate gift from him. The apartment itself was just perfect – clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Every detail was carefully thought out, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic, close to everything. Supermarkets next to it and near to city centre. The balcony has the amazing views with bright Sunshine to entire apartment. What really made this experience unforgettable was the host's kindness. He explained everything in detail and offered amazing local tips, and even helped us to check in the apartment and made sure that everything is going well. We are so grateful for this stay and the wonderful memories it gave us. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a truly heartwarming experience.

Extremely tidy cozy and bright appartment with full equipment. Amazing view to mautains right from the bed. Coffe, olive oil are for free. The host is very helpful.

Great location for our stay purpose (very close to the Thermal spa). Perfect, reliable and very friendly host (great comunication with him), awesome studio with a fantastic panoramatic view of the surrounding countryside and town. Flat top clean and tidy.

A key safe would have been slightly less stressful for our arrival. But the personal handing over of the keys and tour could definitely be part of the charm for some people.

The owner is very nice. He provides travel information around the accommodation. The room is very clean, large, beutiful view, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom The room is on the 7th floor, accessible by elevator, very convenient. There are 2 supermarkets near the accomodation. Free parking Everything is perfect.

Nice place for rest

The owner is very kind man. He met us on arrival and gave detailed explanations and advices. Spacious room with a large bed. Fully equipped kitchen full of spices, coffee, tea. Two good supermarkets nearby. There is always free place in the parking near the house. Fast internet. The old town is very nice, you can reach it in 5 minutes. There is also a nice water centre (10 min. by foot). Gregor, thank you!

Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Gastgeber, persönlicher Empfang, vollständig und durchdacht ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Makellos sauber (normalerweise habe ich erst mal das Bedürfnis, mit dem Desinfektionsmittel durchzugehen - hier nicht 😀) - wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Hinweis: demnächst ist der Eingang zum Haus barrierefrei erreichbar, auch die Wohnung kann dann dank Aufzug so erreicht werden. Das Bad ist für einen Rollstuhl zu eng, aber wer im Bad noch ohne Rollstuhl/ Rollator zurecht kommt, ist in der Wohnung gut aufgehoben.

Wurden vom Gastgeber empfangen. Hat uns alles erklärt. Herr Barrenstein war sehr freundlich und stand uns mit vielen Tipps zur Seite. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Matratzen waren echt gut, hatten echt gut geschlafen. Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden.

Äußerst empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden super freundlich und ganz herzlich empfangen und es wurden uns gleich zahlreiche Ausflugs- sowie Restauranttipps gegeben. Das Appartement war bestens ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber!! Der Blick auf die Berge, einfach genial - da steht man gerne auf. Auch die Lage ist top und man kann die Innenstadt sowie die Bad Reichenhaller Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut fußläufig erreichen. Wir können dieses tolle Appartement nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
