lovely property but needs to have pool lounges cover

lovely apartment and wonderful view

A lot of keys to access the property and the lift wasnt accessible to our floor while we were there. it was very hot and no air conditioning in the living area also no pool lounges or umbrellas around the pool which meant a dip and back to the apartment as it was too hot to sit on the ground.

Great apartment with fantastic view to the sea

Great apartment on the top floor that contained everything we needed. Elevator. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Large terrace with fantastic views to the sea, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the medieval town of Èze. Nice swimming pool with a good temperature. Parking in our own garage indoors, a bit tight, but our Skoda Octavia stw just got space.

Superb

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. Very well-equipped to deal with the Èze heat, with extendable shades on the huge balcony (the view there is to die for!), shutters on the windows and air conditioning in the bedrooms (although the air conditioner in my son’s bedroom often leaked water and had to be turned off). Overall we absolutely loved this apartment.

It was more difficult than expected to go anywhere other than Èze village without a car (such as Èze beach or the train station to catch a train to Nice, etc) because the buses don’t run very often and were very late every time we caught them. We were only given one set of keys, which made it very difficult with a family of four adults who didn’t always do the same things together. If someone was home when we returned without a key, they had to come down four floors in the lift and walk out to open the main doors of the apartments.

Its a beautiful apartment with lots of attention to detail . The owners have supplied everything one needs to make your stay very comfortable. The view and the location are excellent.

Having to share one set of keys between 5 just doesn't work . It would also be nice for the beds to be made in advance of arrival and to have proper duvet covers as opposed to just sheets. Bedside tables in the smaller of the 2 double rooms would be good as the shelves are just too small. The shower in the shared bathroom needs adjusting as its too cool. The apartment is for 5 persons but there are only 4 sun loungers

Terrasse et vue exceptionnelle

Belle appartement malgré que les salles de bains, ne sont pas très récentes, mais fonctionnelles. Un bon équipement général. Le garage est assez grand, mais vu que c’est le dernier, il faut un peu manœuvrer ( surtout avec un grand véhicule) Une immense terrasse et une vue exceptionnelle rendent cette appartement extraordinaire.

Bara en nyckel. En del av städning behöver gästen ansvara för som kan komplicera när man har tidig flyg. En soffgrupp utomhus hade uppskattas.
