Very spacious apartment, with breath taking views from the large terrace area. Really felt like a penthouse suite. Great kitchen facilities, didn't eat out often, as we had the best views of any restaurant in the area.
Perfect location for exploring Nice, Monaco, Menton etc. all easily accessible by bus/train, with a bus stop right outside the apartment, and only a 10min walk into the pretty village of Eze. The owner was very responsive to all our requests too.
The apartment complex lift stopped working for a couple of days, which isn't ideal when you're on the 5th floor. The owner however reported the issue swiftly.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sicheren Anlage. Das Tor zur Tiefgarage öffnet sich nur über einen Schlüssel oder einen Zahlen Code.
Zum Stadtzentrum waren es ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Perfekt,um morgens frische Brötchen zu holen. Die Terrasse ist riesig und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Bucht und auf die Burg vis-a-vis. Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive.
Wir mussten am Anreisetag unsere Betten selbst beziehen.
In einigen Zimmern der Wohnung war ein dauerhaftes Gedröhne zu hören. Wir haben auch nicht raus bekommen,wo es her kam. Wir haben uns die Woche dann irgendwie daran gewöhnt. Mit Ohrstöpsel zur Nacht war es ok. 😅
Es gab einen Pool, der aber erst ab Mai öffnet.

Belle appartement malgré que les salles de bains, ne sont pas très récentes, mais fonctionnelles. Un bon équipement général. Le garage est assez grand, mais vu que c’est le dernier, il faut un peu manœuvrer ( surtout avec un grand véhicule) Une immense terrasse et une vue exceptionnelle rendent cette appartement extraordinaire.

Fantastisk vy från uteplatsen. Rymlig lägenhet med hiss. Välutrustad kök. Bra luftkonditionering och wifi. Nära till mataffär.
Bara en nyckel. En del av städning behöver gästen ansvara för som kan komplicera när man har tidig flyg. En soffgrupp utomhus hade uppskattas.
