About this house rental
Gulf Vista 3 is a spacious two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with a bright, open floor plan in a uniquely Florida style – bedrooms downstairs and the sunny living area upstairs. It is located on a quiet cul de sac of only 18 two-story townhomes on the scenic and family-friendly area called 30A.
The spacious living space has high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light. It comes with a fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and grinder, toaster oven, cookware, dinnerware). There is also a full pantry for storing food and other provisions that you bring.
The upper level also includes dining table, a large sitting area, and half bath.
The deck outside of the living area includes a table that seats 4. A smaller deck outside the kitchen is perfect for enjoying a cold beverage while watching sunsets.
On the ground floor, each bedroom come with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV with cable, plenty of closet and drawer space, and full private baths. The master bedroom leads to a shaded patio with a wooden swing and rocking chair that looks out on the back yard. A full-sized washer and dryer are included on the ground level between the bedrooms.
Gulf Vista 3 includes cable, high-speed internet access, wifi and a soundbar so you can pair your Bluetooth enabled devices to it to play your own music. The unit is air conditioned. Linens and towels are included.
Located on scenic 30A, you’ll be just steps away from private access to the sugar white sands of the beautiful beaches of South Walton.
You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes, so you can take early morning walks, come home for breakfast, return to the beach for a few hours of sun and beach activities, then come back again in the evening to enjoy the fantastic sunsets.

Perfect place for a week stay near beach, 30a trail, rosemary & alys beach areas. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Very clean, good living/kitchen space and nice outside deck. Hosts responsive and provided helpful info. Will surely stay here again if I visit the area again.

Clean room, great location & a quick walk across the street to the beach. Beds were comfortable, nice furnishings throughout, not dated like some other places we’ve stayed. Porch upstairs & Downstairs with a small view of the beach from the upstairs balcony. Quiet location, full kitchen for cooking if desired. Convenient location about 1.5 miles to grocery store with fast EV chargers at Watersound Town Center. Several restaurants within a 5-10 min drive and many cyclists throughout the area. Walkable/bikeable area from inlet beach and west to Seaside and Grayton Beach. Full size washer and dryer was nice with soap provided too. Host communication always fast and my request of adding a day 3 months before our stay was easily accommodated without a problem. We’ll definitely be coming back here.
