About this house rental
Venetian Bay is a quiet gated community with resort facilities located Kissimmee and just minutes away from all the attractions. This lovely condo features a spacious Master Bedroom downstairs along with a compact living room and kitchen. Upstairs you’ll find the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Living Room offers a comfy and relaxing place to sit and enjoy some TV time. The Kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. You will find everything you need at your fingertips to prepare your daily meals. Then you can enjoy them while sitting at the dining table with seating for 4 or at the kitchens counter with bar seating for 2.
1st Floor
Master Bedroom features a King size bed and a Private En-suite Bathroom with a large bath tub to soak in after a long day.
2nd Floor
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a Private En-suite Bathroom as well.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 Twin beds each with easy access to the third bathroom just down the hall.
Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.
Swimming Pool: There are 4 community pools at Venetian Bay with the closest one being just across the street from your condo offering you the ease you want. The main community pool also offers a spa for your enjoyment. Please visit the clubhouse for entry details.
Additional Features: At the Clubhouse you’ll find Free Wireless High-Speed Internet and Fitness Center with Playgrounds and Tennis Courts around the community.
Parking Notes: Parking is available directly outside the building and throughout the development. Oversized vehicles, Sprinter vans, trailers, boats and commercial vehicles are not allowed. If you plan to arrive in anything other than a standard size, personal vehicle with no advertisements, please check with us before booking to ensure it is allowed in the community.

Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.

We really enjoyed our stay. We feel safe in this clean gated community. I really have no complaints.

We had a great stay. The space was great; however, we did not feel the property was very clean. Sheets had stains, lots of hair and dust on floor and on tables. The unit definitely needs updating. The primary bedroom ensuite shower leaks into the floor and it is evident they have had mold issues. Unit needs some TLC. Putting that aside, we enjoyed our stay!
