Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a dew friends golfing or vacationing. This home has a spacious family room with cable tv, and free wifi. The family room is open to the dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your fully equipped kitchen.
Spacious sleeping accommodations include 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub. Upstairs, there is another master suite with a queen bed, a TV, and an attached 3 piece ensuite. There are two other bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, and TVs, that share a hall bath.
Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a BBQ at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre room. Take a walk on the pave pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with tress and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in case of emergency.

The condo was spacious for the 6 of us allowing us our down time in comfort. The drives to Universal and WDW were easy (especially to WDW). The condo is located conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The directions we were given regarding entering the front gate to the community were very good. Both check in and check out were easy. Thank you!

Disappointed when we arrived as property looking old and tired. Looked better in the photos on Vrbo.
Mould/dampness in downstairs bedroom ensuit, cockroaches in property, all the beds upstairs uncomfortable to sleep in. Place meant to sleep 8, but only room for 4 to sit around the dinning table! More information about local shopping and diners would also be useful. As a base for holiday it was adequate but won't be recommending it to friends and relatives.
