Beds are very comfortable and showers powerful.

No instructions to work the cooker . The outside fence and area is in need of repair . The lounge was not clean but everywhere else was . Inside is looking a bit worn . Picture on wall not hung as hook broke and toilet roll holders in both bathrooms all rusty .

What can I say? This cottage was a GIFT! We booked quite last minute, and didn't expect to find this gem. A full detached newly renovated cabin with kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) central heating, massive master bathroom, dog friendly for our Poppy with hard flooring and fenced area outside. We ate breakfast on the patio each morning in the sun looking out at the fields. Lovely outdoor furniture and even a fire pit! (Partner very happy). Large TV in lounge room, 2 bedrooms (one upstairs), 2 bath (1 upstairs) 15 mins from Lulworth Cove. 30mins into Weymouth. Amazing location, Gil was so helpful and friendly - she was so kind to put out groceries in the fridge/cupboards for us when the delivery man came early. Place was immaculate. Pub next door for dinner does a lovely menu with local ale and ciders of nearly every flavour. Quiet night's sleep away from the city. Fab base for exploring the coast. Can't recommend enough. We'll be back!

Nothing was too much for our host, Gill, to help us with. She is a total treasure and we loved everything about our stay in the cottage. Pub 2 mins walk serves brek and dinner until 9pm which makes everything even easier!

Be aware there is a steep ladder type staircase in cottage which may be tricky with the littles. We covered it up with a blanket which kept our 3 yr and 1 yr old un-interested but I can imagine that not being the case with all kids
