Mar Menor Golf Villa - Frontline Detached & Padel Tennis Club

Location

Nothing

Very clean property with good facilities. Views of the golf course were exceptional, pool great, location lovely!

The kitchen is a little small but you don’t really spend much time in it. There was some personal washing left in the machine when we arrived which we had to hang out and fold but I don’t think this is a common issue. Wish there was a Spar shop closer so we didn’t have to walk in the heat haha!

The property was in a great location, within walking distance to the hotel and first tee

Sadly upon entering the property there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes/tobacco which never went away during our stay. The pool filter wasn’t working and to say the water in the pool was filthy is an understatement. We didn’t dare use the pool until the day before we were leaving and after several visits from the pool company. The cleanliness of the villa was very poor, so much so that we had to call the property manager to arrange for someone to come and clean it. When leaving you are expected to clean the apartment, remove all the bedding, remove all the cushions on any outdoor furniture, empty the bins and remove from the property etc etc. The cushions on the outdoor furniture are stained with bird poo and very dirty. The villa is very tired which was a huge disappointment. If we return we would book into the hotel instead.
