Perfect location for beach access. Wonderful woman.. Erika. Everything was smooth with her.
Beautiful place. For shoping you have to go to Villasimius (3km). When you have no car, it can be enoying. But for little sport, its useful..
There is almost nothing to point here. Maybe that pool is accessible not from 12th June, but 15th..but its only small argue.

The host is very friendly and supportive, gave us good advices for beaches and activities in Villasimius. We checked most of the tips and enjojed that all of them met our expectations.
Nice beaches we visited: Spiagia di Portno Guinco, Simius, Spiagia di Punta Molentis, Cala Sinzias.
We appreaciate a lot some small welcoming presents as well as farewell sweets from the host! It was very warm and hospitable, we felt awaited and welcomed.
the closest beach (around 500 m from the property) is Spiagga di Campulongu - is OK, but not the best one in Vilassimius region, it it a mix of sand, stones and seewood, but the water was clean and pretty warm. the beach is still good for snorkeling and families with kids.
We took an opportunity to visit several beaches along the coast, so at the end the diversity was even better as to stay always on the same beach.
