Absolutely Perfect Stay in Pula! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an amazing place! The apartment is beautiful, modern, stylish, and feels genuinely upscale. But the real highlight is the incredible location in one of Pula’s most desirable and peaceful neighborhoods. Private parking is a huge plus, and EV charging is also available nearby. We traveled with our little Chihuahua, and Lean completely won us over by leaving a cozy blanket and high-quality treats for our dog. Such a thoughtful touch! ❤️🐾 The location honestly couldn’t be better. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the shopping center is only a few minutes away. Food lovers will be in heaven here — Maximilian, one of our favorite pizzerias in Istria, is right around the corner, along with excellent seafood restaurants Karlo and Gina and the newly opened Pepas. We barely needed our car during the entire stay. Morning coffee by the sea at the wake park, afternoons at the beach, evening walks with ice cream, and an Aperol while watching the sunset at Ala Šu — this is exactly what a vacation on the Croatian coast should feel like. There’s even a luxury glamping resort nearby, which tells you everything you need to know about how special this location is. The apartment is perfect for a large family, two families traveling together, or 2–3 couples looking for comfort, space, and an amazing location. And finally, a huge thank you to Lean. He was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Could it get any better? Probably not. This is the Pula vacation we have hoped to find — and we’ll definitely be back!

Дуже сподобались апартаменти вже з моменту як ми переступили через поріг, в спеку 33 градуси надворі, всередині було приємно прохолодно, так як працював кондиціонер. Ремонт в помешканні і техніка досить нові: особисто ми часто користувались духовкою, яка є досить сучасна і багато режимна. В ванній кімнаті бойлер і пральна машина. Дві окремі спальні, простора вітальня, ще великим плюсом був балкончик: попити кави і подихати морським повітрям. До найближчого пляжу було метрів 400. Поруч багато різних невеличких пляжів, кожен з яких по своєму цікавий, все в пішій досяжності. На пляжах і на скелях ніколи не було великого скупчення людей, для нас це був насичений і не втомлюючий натовпом відпочинок. Ми були з 15.7-21.7, навіть коли вночі була буря- на ранок знов світило ☀️ і 🌊 було теплим! Також поруч був торговий центр, в якому само ж собою великий продуктовий маркет. Але, що було дійсно неочікуваною приємністю - це вікна зі звукоізоляцією!!!! Я дійсно до цього часу не зустрічала таких якісних вікон, що стосується саме ЗВУКОІЗОЛЯЦІЇ!!! Отож погода була відмінна, на час нашого відпочинку випали останні чотири гри чемпіонату з футболу, ресторан поруч порадував смачними стравами, власник апартаментів був завжди на зв'язку по Wats up ,і при потребі можна було звернутись з проханням чи за порадою!!! Отож, можемо лише ПОРЕКОМЕНДУВАТИ!!!! PS: ми були сім'єю з чотирьох чоловік, двоє дорослих і двоє дітей.

Prekrasan apartman na pešačkoj udaljenosti od mora i plaže. Lokacija je odlična, a s obzirom na to da je reč o veoma popularnom turističkom mestu, privatni parking nam je bio veliko olakšanje. Lean je izvrstan domaćin i odličan poznavalac lokalne gastronomije – njegove preporuke za restorane bile su pun pogodak. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj!

Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean apartment just steps from the beach. Very comfortable, with private parking and an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again!
