Amazing experience: exceeding expectations. Room and food was amazing, and experience morning service unique. Easy walk to the cemetery for privileged night time visit. Meals were a feast for the eyes too
Not a fan of vegetarian food but dinner was still delicious.

I usually don't do reviews. Fudoin Temple and Koyasan, in general, deserves the best review possible. The facilities were gorgeous just like Japan itself. I'm not a vegetarian BUT their vegetarian dinner and breakfast exceeds any Michelin restaurant. I've eaten in many throughout the world. The staff were warm and courteous just like the beautiful Japanese people. The Monks and the Service truly touched my soul. God willing, I will return to Japan planning to stay longer at Fudoin Temple.
