Sunshine Luxury Seafront House - s'arena scoada

We had an overall pleasant stay, but in our opinion this property is definitely not a 10/10. A more realistic rating would be around 6–7/10. The communication with Marco was excellent from the beginning. He was very friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome package with fresh fruit, drinks, and local bread in the fridge. The location is good, directly in the first row by the beach. However, the beach itself is not particularly attractive, and there is very little infrastructure (restaurants, bars, shops) within walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, beside a short off-time after a power breakdown.

The apartment is clean and functional, but the furniture and overall equipment are rather basic and not as premium as expected from the rating. One thing worth mentioning is that the "whirlpool" is not a standalone hot tub as the description might suggest. It is simply a bathtub with a whirlpool function. The beds were unfortunately the biggest disappointment. The mattresses are extremely soft, and both of us ended up with back pain after a few nights. The terrace facing the inner courtyard also feels unfinished and could easily be made much more inviting. The first two days were very quiet, but once the neighboring house became occupied, we could hear almost everything through the walls—from children playing to people assembling furniture early in the morning. Another surprise was the tourist tax, which was almost four times higher than in all our other accommodations during our trip. We were told this was because the booking is handled through an agency.

Excellent location! Few steps to the seaside. Rather new apartment. Everything is working. The owner was very kind and attentive.

No kettle, dishwasher... Be ready to switch the gas tanks. Not a problem, if it is intact.)))
