Locatie was top, erg rustig, doodlopende straat, veel vogels die heerlijk floten, dorp op wandelafstand winkels vlot bereikbaar, mooie omgeving,... Afwasmachine en oven werkten goed. Badkamer beneden erg mooi en modern, badkamer boven gedemodeerd, maar proper. Zon en schaduw in de tuin.
Huis viel kleiner uit dan verwacht, naar Vlaamse normen erg kleine ruimtes voor 8 volwassenen. Gelukkig goed weer waardoor dit geen probleem was. Alles is verouderd, servies allemaal verschillend, weinig (werkende) stopcontacten, pannen en kookpotten erg versleten. Kleine frigo met diepvriesvak (als enige vriezer), bbq toestel zelf mee te nemen (bij reservering was dit nog aanwezig bij het huis)
