Great location- right in the middle of Harbour Town! Shops and restaurants all around you; harbor and baots right there!
Now includes membership in Harbour Town pool; also free Netflix and Amazon Prime and HULU !Click "Send Email" link; this comes to me directly and I'll respond very quickly to any questions you may have! I pride myself on quick and thorough responses. I also keep VRBO calendar current so you can always browse for potential times to stay. I own and rent this condo myself and all inquires are answered by me personally and promptly. Mariners Way consists of 18 condos all privately owned with perhaps 1/2 being available for guest rentals and 7 boutique shops on the ground level. Our entire exterior has been "freshened" and looks great. My condo had a complete kitchen and bathrooms renovation update completed 4Q2018. Perfect for your stay!

Free Sea Pines 'shuttle buses' to beach 1 mile away. Tastefully decorated with King bed in Master bedroom and 2 Double-Beds in guest bedroom: 2 large baths. Very large playground for kids nearby- great for kids and grandkids. Pet-friendly area [Contact me to inquire about your pet]. During the season, free entertainment nightly. New Quarterdeck Restaurant & Bar- right on beautiful Calibogue Sound.
Housekeeping fees are $100. Pet fee [if approved] is $50. Your only other fee is the Sea Pines "Gate Pass" when you enter: it is $22/week and payable cash only.

We had a great time. The condo is just lovely & the owner Gene was wonderful to work with. We loved people watching on the patio & being able to bring our little furbaby with us who also enjoyed the patio. We had no issues, not even with parking. We roamed around Harbortown, rode the shuttle, used the beautiful pool & just relaxed.

Thank you sharing your condo with us! The location is in the middle of Harbour Town, steps from food and drinks. The pool was an easy 5 minute walk and the shuttles take you to the beach. The king mattress was the best we've ever slept in in a rental. We will be back!
