I would definetely return.
The owners are very warm people. The received my friends and I (who were in a bike trip) and made us all very comfortable. The room is quite spacious, with TV and a refrigerator (not a mini bar). You can easily adjust the windows shades to your preferred level of brightness. There are a few small shops around, and it's a 10min to the pedestrian street.
