Southampton Village Estate - Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops

The property was better than described, this is a stunning family friendly estate with every amenity possible. The owner was exceedingly friendly and helpful. For vacation this is as good as it gets.

The property was very nice and accommodated our large family perfectly. Huge yard for the kids to run around and play. A few things weren't working (kitchen freezer, theatre room) but wasn't too big of an inconvenience since there was a freezer in the garage. All bedrooms were en suites, and beds were very comfortable. My older kids loved the home gym. We loved the proximatey to town (beautiful walk) and very short drive to a gorgeous beach. The house was very well equipped with about everything we needed. (Note - we did have to run out to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and a few other essentials). At this price point we did expect these things but understand it is not a VRBO requirement. The owner of the home was very nice and and very willing to help with anything we needed. If you are looking for a large gathering place for your family you won't be disappointed in this property.

This house has it all. Everything was clean and well maintained. Owners were very available. Highlights for us were the huge backyard lawn, pool area/house and the large downstairs game/tv room. Everyone found something to do in the workout room also. Close enough to town for an easy walk (although there was always available parking in Southampton). Less than 5 minute drive to train station.
