This wonderful family home is situated on 2 private beautifully landscaped acres in Southampton Village with a 20' by 44' heated salt water pool and separate 9’ x 9’ spa. The property also features a sunken all weather tennis court with basketball & pickleball! The outdoor seating and dining areas look out onto spectacular gardens and an expansive back lawn area for the kids to play!
Inside, the designer decorated spacious living area has two living rooms, a dining room, a TV room/office, and a large chef's kitchen with Viking appliances. Also, there is a 2nd half kitchen by the pool entrance with a bath/changing room. There are six bedrooms and 6.5 baths, sleeping 12 guests. The main part of the house has a very comfortable primary suite with a king bed, a large bath and a private balcony. Also, there are two bedrooms with queen beds in each that share a bath, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bath. Up a separate staircase are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with a queen bed, both with ensuite baths. Perfect for large family gatherings or two families to share. In addition, the finished basement has a fully equipped gym with an infrared sauna and a game room which has a flat screen TV, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey.
Other amenities include a Sonos system with multiple indoor and outdoor zones, a direct gas hook up to outdoor grill, an outdoor shower, multiple flat screen TVs, and tasteful outdoor lighting. We had a wonderful experience staying at this property with our family and friends over the 4th of July this year. It was a beautiful home and backyard for our children to run and play! We created some really awesome memories and would highly suggest this property. The home owners were wonderful and very easy to work with! Thank you again for such a nice experience!

We rented this beautiful six bedroom home for a multi-generational family get-away. Our entire experience was top notch. The home was beautiful, the owners very helpful, and the grounds - complete with pool, tennis court, swing set, trampoline and multiple seating areas - extraordinary. The property was less than two miles to the main street in the Village of Southampton and equally close to the beach. The spacious kitchen opened to a big family room as well as to the outside. The cleaning staff was also fabulous! All perfect for our group of twelve.

My family and I stayed at this house in July and it was absolutely perfect. The owners were so helpful and accommodating leading up to the trip, and were available and responsive while we were there with any questions. The house is in perfect condition. It is a 5 minute drive from the town of Southampton and a 5 minute drive to Cooper beach. It is truly the perfect location. This house is great for children or adults with a beautiful pool, trampoline, tennis court, etc. I would recommend this house to anyone and my family and I will hopefully be back there next summer!
