The location is only a 15 minute drive to TIEC and a 10 minute drive to Lake Lure, and ~40 minutes to Asheville.

Great Room features 27 foot soaring ceilings, unique reclaimed barn-wood, massive stone fireplace, hardwood floors and comfortable Italian leather furniture. The doors of the Great Room open to two large stone patios which capture dramatic views of the hardwood forest and Blue Ridge Mountains.
Kitchen and Dining Room with its open plan design lends itself brilliantly to entertaining or just spending time with the family around the breakfast table. The state-of-the-art commercial size kitchen features gorgeous granite counters and handsome stainless steel appliances. Laundry, large pantry, mudroom and garage are accessed from the kitchen.

Spacious house and property. Privacy with great views and a wonderful home. Great communication with owner. A chef’s kitchen. Real wood stone fireplace. Very nice touches throughout. Not one single issue. Highly recommended.

My friends and I make an annual trip to the mountains of NC every year for a long weekend and we planned our trip months in advance.
The home looked beautiful- plenty of space- and best of all- set on a large property with the option to walk the area- be away from the bustle of everyday life- and just relax!
Then- Hurricane Helene hit and our stay was only 2 weeks later. The areas to the North and West of this property were hit hard and there was impact to the region of this property as well- but we didn't know how much or what it might impact.
The owner and local property manager went above and beyond to answer our questions and do site checks to ensure our safety and address our concerns. We knew the property condition and understood any issues (there were none upon travel) well in advance.
When we arrived- the home was just as pictured- with TONS of space and light in a seemingly remote setting that was peaceful and just right for my group. We all had plenty of room with a huge kitchen and great room - coupled with a game room and ample bedrooms.
We loved this location and value the great communication and understanding of our host.
