The place was beautiful. The river was so refreshing! Definately recommend taking a tube and float down the river. Disappointed with the price of the food.

We loved everything about our stay. The view of the Mopan river was spectacular! Staying in the rain forest/jungle was beyond words. The staff were so kind & helpful. Manager Marsha helped with every detail. Keith our concierge went above and beyond! Marie was also amazing. Every detail from the food to the flowers was incredible!! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Short drive to Mayan ruins. We rented our on Jeep and was glad we did. Loved!!!

The Colonial Suite was everything we were looking for in a 2-night stay outside San Ignacio! Marsha and Jose were absolutely wonderful! Great complimentary welcoming drinks, great optional food. There were tropical flower petals spelling out a welcoming on the bed, live flowers in our room. My wife and I will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful hotel room, grounds and location. Comfortable bed but TV & A/C not working. No WI-FI in room but available in common areas.
