Room was great. Would have been nice to have a fridge. Walking distance to 2 decent restaurants.
Also walked to entrance c so we didn’t worry about parking the car.
Quiet country setting. Had brought our breakfast so ate on our patio.
There was a language barrier so we weren't able to get guidance on the trails when we arrived.
Also no shampoo etc so bring your own!

20 minutes walk to Plitvice Lakes NP pier 3 via the “unofficial” entrance 3. The room is nice and value for money. Owner does not know English. She just knows simple words, but it is fine. You could to Google Translate if needed.
If you do not drive, you should take taxi from the bus stop. We were charged at EUR 30 for each journey (10km) to and from.

A reasonable place to stay if you are visiting the falls. A little rustic / dated (but i suspect most places locally are) but with an IDEAL location for entry into Gate 3 for the falls - very quiet, easy to park (free!) etc. So a great choice if you are visiting the falls.

Convenient location to Plitvicka (least congested entrance 3 within walking distance. We were treated to an exceptional view of the night sky from the balcony
Very basic accommodation not even a kettle in the room (communal one available in the hallway), poor sound insulation (a guest arrived late and we had to listen to their entire check-in conversation while trying to sleep).
