Beautiful, 3/4 Bedroom, 2400 SQFT, 1ST floor (no stairs) condo in Fiddler's Creek Community. This unit overlooks the 10th hole of the Rookery Golf Course. Situated just minutes to the beautiful beaches of Marco Island and Naples, you will enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer. The master bedroom has 2 walk in closets, master bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub and large walk in shower. It also has a separate entrance to the large back lanai. Two additional bedrooms and a Den/Combo that doubles as a fourth bedroom. The condo also has Xfinity HD cable and WiFi included! Our two car garage is stocked with beach chairs and bikes for your use. When you're ready for fun at the pool, you can enjoy the local neighborhood pool just steps from your door or head on down to the main clubhouse for the two large pools with waterslides and multiple dining options. First of All, John our host was the Greatest, and had we had the best communication ever! This home was Off The Charts! Recently updated and it appeared to be decorated by a professional! The kitchen had everything you could imagine, right down to the microwave oven and that kitchen actually glowed. Everything was Spotless clean! This place was so comfortable and exceeded our expectations! The pools and main club house were so amazing! OMG did we have fun at the pool and the restaurant located at the club house! This property is a "NO Brainer" Book it already!
