Located 300 meters from the large beach, the house will allow you to spend an idyllic holiday on the light coast, it can accommodate up to 5-6 people.
Everything in the villa has been designed for your comfort: large terrace with dining table, parasol, deckchairs.

History
SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE was born in 1967 from the unification of two municipalities located on either side of the mouth of the Vie de Rivière: Saint-Gilles-sur-Vie and Croix-de-Vie. Renowned for its important fishing port specialized in particular in sardines, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is also classified seaside resort since 1982.
Culture and activities
The department of Vendée offers various cycling routes, partially on dedicated sites. It is thus possible to reach Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie from La Roche-sur-Yon via a route of around fifty kilometers (three-quarters of which are on their own) via Aizenay then Coëx. The 39-kilometer circuit (including thirty on its own) between Saint-Jean-de-Monts and Bretignolles-sur-Mer also passes through the town.
From April to September, the Compagnie Vendéenne provides a link between L'Île-d'Yeu and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie: this 31-kilometer crossing takes about an hour. With two parking lots nearby (boulevard Georges-Pompidou and place de la Douane), the pier is located avenue Jean-Cristau, Croix-de-Vie side, near the town of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez.
The “Semvie Nautisme” offers various leisure sports activities linked to the maritime world at seven different sites, four of which are in the town:
- The surf school is located at the "big beach", Saint-Gilles side.
- Sand yachting lessons take place at the level of the Garenne pier at the "big beach".
- The sailing school is located at "Boisvinet beach", on the Croix-de-Vie side.
- The cruise school is based at the “Port la Vie” marina.
You will also find entertainment for adults and adolescents: sand yachting; sea fishing ... Beach renowned also for surfers.
25 km from SABLES D'OLONNE, 35 km from LA ROCHE SUR YON and 70 km from NANTES and its airport, its location will allow you to cross the Vendée. You can also enjoy the PUY DU FOU, the SABLES D'OLONNE zoo, water parks and many more ...

The house is just perfect ! It is clean and very well equiped. The house is full of features, like airco, shutters, a jacuzzi, a great kitchen and everything works perfectly. The location was for us ideal, quite but close to beach, dunes and shops. Finally the communication with Fabrice was excellent, his reaction is very fast and cooperative. Conclusive we had a Perfect stay, and will for sure return.

Fabrice and family have a lovely home here, as other reviewers have said the pictures jyst do not do it justice. Clean, ultra modern and has everything you could wish for making for a great home from home.
Fabrice is a wonderful host also, attentive and responsive to questions yet maintaining distance to let guests enjoying there time in his beautiful home.
We have already planned to come back next year.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderbares Haus in perfekter Lage. Komplett eingezäunt mit Garten, Parkplatz auf dem Gelände und automatischem Tor. Modern eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt inklusive Internet, SmartTV, Spielzeug für die Kinder, elektrische Rolläden allen Fenstern, Grill und vielem mehr. Strand und Innenstadt sowie Supermärkte und Bäcker in Reichweite. Die Strände der Umgebung sind besonders hervorzuheben, ebenso die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Noirmoutier-en-l’Île inklusive Fahrt über den Meeresgrund. Die Gastgeber Fabrice und Jennifer sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch bei kleineren Problemen sofort ansprechbar und schnell vor Ort. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!
A wonderful house in a perfect location. Completely enclosed with electric gate. Nice garden, parking on site.
Modern furnishing with everything you could wish for including WiFi, SmartTV, electric blinds in every room, toys for the kids, barbecue etc.
Very close to the sea, downtown, shops, bakeries.
Great beaches nearby, also many things to do and see like Noirmoutier-en-l’Île where you can drive on the bottom of the ocean during low tide.
Hosts Jennifer and Fabrice are extremely friendly and helpful and are on site within minutes if needed.
We would love to come back.
