Very warm welcome from Jill to this exceptional property
Along with Jess and Jonty ( very friendly and adorable well trained dogs) wonderful facilities along with amazing breakfast
Jill really cares about her guests and their time with her
Certainly somewhere you would be happy to stay and more than likely to return to in future if revisiting the Island.
Not really anything to put as negatives as it is an exceptional well cared for property and a warm friendly dedicated host

On the edge of shanklin.
Nice and quiet.
Letting out just 2 rooms, you had lots of personal,attention from Gill the hostess.
Breakfast kept us going all day, and nice to have lovely quality bread for toast

The location is great, just above the pretty old town, where there are plenty of pubs and eateries in walking distance.
The house itself is beautiful. There are two resident dogs, who are very sweet natured. In the surrounding fields you can see donkeys and alpacas. And of course there is a view of the sea.
Kim and Jill were so helpful and nice, and Kim cooked us an excellent breakfast!
We were very grateful for the tea, coffee and fresh milk in the room.
Everything was great.
