Very nice accommodation but not good enough for multiple families

Nice and clean property. The hosts were lovely. Good facilities.

We were at the property on our own, two of the room were not occupied. There is a shared lounge area and bathroom. If there were other people staying I don’t think I would have stayed. The stairs to the upper floor are very steep, tiled and in my view dangerous.

Very comfortable

Quiet room with comfortable beds. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. Good space and loved having the pool to use. Bonus of having two sets of towels, one for the shower and one set to use for the pool. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of quality meats and cheese.

Although we knew it was a shared B and B, for us it was better because we were the only guests.

Nice cozy B&B with swimming pool in the countryside

A lovely little countryside B&B with a nice swimming pool, spotless rooms and friendly hosts. We picked it up because we travel with a dog and they accept pets (for a small supplement). The bathroom/toilet is shared but comfortable and clean. Nice quality breakfast too, and there's the option of taking a packed lunch if needed.

Quiet and serene escape to the sea side

Nice, cozy and quiet house. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Very tasty and rich continental breakfast. Host was serving tea and coffee. 5 minutes by car from De Haan, our destination. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen available and fridge, tea/coffee machine.

Unfortunately the pool was closed (this sold us in the first place) The toilet was shared (In the first presentation we got, it was stated that it is private toilet, even if it is not in the room)

The hosts were lovely ! And the breakfast was really good : freshly squeezed orange juice, home baked croissants , Cheese, ham, jams, home made bread, yummy.. The B&B is in a quiet area which is a plus and it was really easy to find.

The bathroom is shared (which we didn’t realise when we booked it). We were lucky that they didn’t have any other guests so it didn’t matter but if all the 3 rooms were booked, it could have been a busy bathroom ;)

Bed was long enough and matras hard enough. Breakfast was ok but simple.

Bathroom was to share with other guests. Owner was french speaking in a flemish region. Pool and sauna were closed. No parking spots. No roadsigns to b&b. Curtains did not hold light back.

Es war super bei B&B Agnes.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben haben. Frühstück sehr reichlich, Reste durfte man Mitnehmen, dafür hat die Gastgeberin extra Alufolie bereit gestellt. Pool im Garten überdacht. Der Strand und die Lokale in de Haan sind super

Eher was man wissen muss: Die Zimmer sind nur über eine ziemlich steile Treppe erreichbar. Bad und Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher muss man sich ggf. mit den Bewohnern des anderen Zimmers teilen. Das kann sehr nett sein, wenn man sich gut versteht. Ggf. muss man sich gut absprechen, was die Nutzung des Bads und des Fernsehers betrifft. Für uns kein Problem, da wir eh nicht fernsehen und Rücksicht nehmen können. Auch das andere Paar welches mit uns die Unterkunft teilte war sehr leise.

La gentillesse et les bons conseils d'Agnès. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Les petites attentions envers notre chien étaient appréciées. Ils sont les bienvenus mais bien évidemment il faut prendre leur panier et respecter les lieux.

Agréable séjour familial

Les hôtes sont très gentils et serviables, ils sont accueillant et nous ont donné pleins de bons conseils. Le logement est très propre, beaucoup d’essuies mis à disposition, la literie des chambres était exceptionnelle, propre et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bien servi. C’était mon anniversaire et les hôtes ont été super attentionné, c’était un geste gentil et qui fait plaisir. Le wifi fonctionne super bien et la piscine était agréable et chouette de jour comme de nuit. La plage à proximité est très calme et d’ambiance familiale.

Au top !

Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit chez Agnes. Accueil, literie et petit déjeuner au top ! De plus l’emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de De Haan et très proche de Bruges. On recommande vivement !!

Oppressant

Couple âgé très gentil, Agnès parfaite bilingue et Raoul essaie de se débrouiller, c'est adorable. La literie très qualitative. Le très bon petit déjeuner préparé par Agnès, il est hyper complet et varié.

- La salle de bain commune qui n'est pas mentionnée clairement dans le descriptif (mais noté dans les équipements). - La toilette pas nettoyée une fois durant notre séjour (entre notre arrivée à 15h30 et notre départ le lendemain 10h) : traces d'éclaboussures de 💩 d'abord sur l'email et ensuite sur la planche en journée, toujours là au soir et le lendemain matin... Alors qu'on doit se la partager ! - Chambre sans aucune intimité : une vieille dame passe son temps dans le salon et se trouve juste derrière le mur de votre chambre et non loin de votre porte. Les allers retours salles de bain toilettes se font devant elle ou devant d'autres hôtes s'il y en a... Les chambres donnant sur cette pièce de détente commune. - Propriétaires gentils mais oppressants : à notre arrivée nous discutons petit déjeuner et horaire. On nous demande de quitter la chambre à 10h au lieu de 11h pour négocier de beneficier du petit-déjeuner à 10h (trop tardif pour les hôtes). - Nous demandons si le lendemain nous pouvons profiter un peu de la piscine avant notre depart... Et Agnès nous propose généreusement de pouvoir rester jusque 11h30...! - la piscine n'est pas accessible depuis le jardinet bétonné. Même en été, elle est couverte. la piscine est accessible depuis le salon des propriétaires... - le petit déj à peine fini, Raoul nous souhaite la bonne journée 😅 et Agnès nous fait savoir qu'elle doit partir avec Raoul pour un rendez-vous médical (si on veut, on peut encore un peu rester... Mais sinon, elle préfère fermer la porte derrière nous mais il faudrait qu'on parte tout de suite 👀) C'est plus un logement chez l'habitant qu'un bed and breakfasts. Et c'est plutôt, un Sleep and go... Qu'un bed and breakfast où l'on se relaxe. Je me suis personnellement sentie étrangement "de trop", "nous étions chez eux et pas chez nous pour la nuit/journée"...

Mooie uitvalshoek om te fietsen, wandelen, ..

Goede ontvangst - alles netjes - jammer dat zwembad nog niet open was, ondanks in april en heel mooi weer - ruime ruimte.

Jammer van de badkamer die je moet delen met vreemde mensen. Persoonlijk zou ik ofwel enkel aan 1 koppel verhuren van hetzelfde gezin - ondanks dat er dan een kamer vrij zou blijven.
