Good value hotel.

Great location for sea front. Comfortable bed, room cosy. Good choice breakfast. Have stayed at hotel several times now.

Great stay (but no room kettles)

Very comfortable beds, ample on street parking. Great shower. Clean room. Great location for the beach.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room!! You have to pay €1 from a vending machine if you want a drink. Also the hotel "bar" is a vending machine. Curiously the pillows are quite small in size (they are more like cushions) but are ok.

Superb

The room and bathroom were big and very , very clean and the hotel is located in a great position , 2 minutes to the sea front and beach and 2 minutes to shops and park with crazy golf and tennis courts. 5 minutes further to the train station and the rest of the town. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We couldn't really fault this place , maybe if there was a bar to relax in in the evening, there was a vending machine with snacks and drinks including alcohol and you could sit in the room with your drinks , there was also a juke box so you could have music , the room was lovely but just not the same as a real bar.

The location in De Haan is great. It's close to the promenade and has enough parking spots around it.

The bed for me was awful. It was a bed on wheels and gave me a backache.

Remarks from an employee during the breakfast while we are at the point to leave, she starts to open all the windows and telling us to leave (by the way I'm with my parents over 80) that it is time to close, it was 10.30 am. I can hear at night the television of my neighbour. They was no internet connection.

The location.

Uncomfortable beds, i would change the mattresses, not much cost but will be much appreciated by guests. Heating was on all night and could not be regulated, wss way too hot.

It looks like the hotel is used for disabled people. Rooms and especially beds are adopted for them. The bed was extremely creaking and was uncomfortable.

Excellent location in town. Large room, comfy beds and bathroom. Warm shower. Good breakfast.

Still about breakfast: only criticism : some pastry wasn't well cooked for our taste (eg not cooked long enough or oven not warm enough). All the rest was excellent, also considering the cost.

It was a really great weekend and we will do it again off-season.

Location & facilities. The room itself was nice and had an excellent bathroom. Reception and staff were very hospitable.

The beds were quite soft and made strange noises. They also moved by themselves - the rollers at the bottom end of the beds turn too easily so they swing out.

A cold retirement home with a great location

Location was really great, not far from the beach, and the room was spacious enough.

There was a foul smell on the ground floor (lobby and all the way to the elevator), which we couldn't explain, but which was present from the moment we entered to the moment we left. The rooms were very cold.

Excellent location, across the road from the beach, very quiet at night, close to a multitude of restaurants, coastal tram stop, park.

The bedlinen and towels were a bit worn out. Didn't find out how to take a shower without splashing water on the floor. The interior of the building and the room a bit dated.
