I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The food was delicious — both the breakfast buffet and à la carte options were excellent. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Every request was handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great service. It’s definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

My stay was extremely disappointing due to the very poor cleanliness and bad smell in the room.

Location ok

The rooms are extremely dirty. The bedsheets are stained and unhygienic, and the toilets are in a terrible condition with a very bad smell. Overall, the cleanliness is very very poor and far below expectations

Excellent Stay Experience With a Separate Living Room!

The separate living room with Sofa, two ACs in both the areas, two TVs, unfortunately, both were not working for us. Roof top restaurant. Range of food to order.

TVs did not work. The price for the second day stay was very high then the first day stay. So on the first day say it was value for money but for the second day, it was just ok for that price.

Feeling Cheated

As per booking.com, the booking was for Rs.12219.89. The they had taken advance for Rs.2000/- by calling me in night of booking date (only if advance if paid, will the booking be confirmed). Thereafter when I reached hotel, they issued me a bill of Rs.10534.23 and insist to pay full amount there and then. My request to issue full bill and then take balance after deducting Rs.2000/- advance was refused. They clarified that Sapphire Inn Jaipur is different and Fabhotel is different. They directed to talk to fabhotel for any advance paid as they are not deducting the same. Further the extra cot for child was also charged (which was free at time of booking). So in nutshell, I paid full amount despite already paid Rs.2000/- as advance and got invoice for less amount and charged for extra cot also.
