Great getaway condo in the scenic East End. The unit is close by the restaurants and art galleries of the East End and a 5 minute walk to the center of town.
This secluded condo allows you to enjoy the quiet side of Provincetown while being only a few minutes from all the action
The condominium has an upper floor living area with solar powered skylight, vaulted ceiling and a small attached balcony. One bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, queen beds in each. Private patio area with grill and table. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry - NO PETS ALLOWED.

We had the best time at Marty’s place! I was traveling with my husband and 2 small kids. The condo is small, but clean and perfect for what we needed. We were able to cook all our breakfasts and dinners, and ate lunch in town. My daughter loved the pool; pictures do not do it justice. The neighbors were very kind to us as well. We caught the shuttle into town or walked, depending on how far down Commercial Street we wanted to go. We spent most of our time in Ptown but it was also easy to drive to Wellfleet and Brewster for a drive in movie and mini golf. If you need more than one towel or pillow per person be sure to bring extra. The provided ones were adequate for us since we didn’t go to the beach. There is also a coin operated washer and dryer on the other side of the condo which was useful for us so we didn’t have to bring an entire week’s worth of clothes for everyone. I highly recommend this condo!

Very smooth check-in. All the facilities were well done. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is great the pool is beautiful.

Fantastic place! Small (like most places in Ptown, but it is very comfortable and nicer than it seems in the photos. Wonderful location easy walking distance into town and the East End Market and a playground are right there, which is super convenient.

Lovely place. Marty was extremely responsive to any questions I had. The pool is wonderful and the location was quiet, but still centrally located.
