Paim apartment is a great place in Ponta Delgada and very close to airport. Apartmant is big and well equipped. We had everything we needed. Communication with host was very smooth.

WAHOUUUUUU l'appartement est fantastique. il dispose d'une vue extraordinaire sur l'ocean au loin. il est situé dans un quartier calme, legerement excentré du centre ville de ponta delgada, mais en 20 min a pied, vous rejoignez le centre sans difficulte. par ailleurs il est juste à coté d'une entrée de l'autoroute donc parfait pour rayonner sur toute l'ile.
le logement est spacieux, lumineux, tres propre et confortable. la literie est de tres bonne qualité.
les poeles seraient a etre renouvelées.
sinon, pas grand chose à dire, tout etait parfait

La ubicación, las vistas y la tranquilidad del apto. Los colchones estaban bien y tenía almohadas de repuesto, asi como mantas. Armarios grandes y espaciosos. Cocina bien equipada. Contaba con ascensor.
Falta de papel higiénico, servilletas, bolsas de basura, pastillas de lavadora, lavavajillas y toallas de repuesto, teniendo en cuenta que han sido 9 días.
Echamos en falta productos para limpiar y desinfectar el baño. Aparte de todo esto el extractor del baño pequeño no funcionaba, con lo cual se empañaba el espejo y el baño. Tampoco disponía de enchufes. Pregunté y me dijeron, que, efectivamente, no tenía enchufes.
Solo un secador de pelo para los dos cuartos de baño.
