This was everything we had read about the property to be true. It was close to the beach on the canal. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and kayaking! There are a few things that could be updated on the property, but nothing major. We will Definitely be back!

Villa Champagne is gorgeous! It looks better than the pictures. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. We loved that there were kayaks and bicycles, beach chairs and a beach wagon. The trees and plants out by the pool and dock were magnificent. Very tranquil and relaxing setting. This home has it all, and is a fabulous place for family and friends of all ages! Lastly, it was my daughters 30 birthday. Management went above and beyond by having birthday cupcakes in the refrigerator upon arrival for us!!!
