It's really worth the stay. The hotel owner was more than friendly

A lovely stay after a long journey.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely room with a comfortable bed,TV ,chairs, table and kettle and cups to make tea.Lovely terrace to back garden with beautiful views which was great after a long journey. Good WiFi. Clean en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and hairdryer. Our host phoned us to ask when we would be arriving just as we arrived at the property.We were late because of motorway traffic. The breakfast was a good selection of cheeses and cold ham and salamis,cucumber,tomato and lovely bread rolls, butter and delicious strawberry jam served with good coffee. Our host was very welcoming and invited us to take a banana each for the journey. Free parking in front of the property.

Excellent breakfast with opportunity to fill rolls for lunch as well. Lovely host. Pleasant view from our balcony - we watched a red squirrel and woodpecker each morning Lots of walking paths right out of the door. Also a swimming pool nearby which it would have been nice to use if the weather had allowed.

Great place to stay for hiking around Eifel Heimbach

the staff was super friendly and very kind. Breakfast was enough for the two of us. We stayed only 1 night but would for sure recommend it to anyone visiting the Eifel for a hiking gateway.

A good German breakfast with cheese, meat, boiled eggs ,jam , honey and lovely fresh rolls and bread . Also fruit juice and coffee/ tea. All well presented. As much coffee as you wish. Lovely rural setting

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Good beds. Friendly and attentive staff. The cheapest hotel during our four day hike.

The breakfast could be a bit more varied. It is the only place during our four day trip where we didn't get yoghurt with fruit for breakfast, and no croissants. The hotel is located up the hill, one km away from the centre. For dinner you need to go all the way down to the centre. This is a bit inconvenient if you are doing the Wildnis trail and have no car or bike at your disposal.

Beautiful, clean, tidy and calm guesthouse in Heimbach.

The guesthouse is located in a very nice place, close to the town center. There is also a bus stop next to the guest-house. It's very clean, tidy and calm. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is excellent, of a good quality and size. The room is big and comfortable.

The place is very good. It would be a 10 if it had black-out curtains that filter the light in the morning, air conditioning for hot nights, a small refrigerator, and shampoo in the bathroom (only soap was offered).

Excellent value for the price!

Very warm welcome by the owner. Lovely large room was immaculate with a balcony to enable you to sit outside and stargaze. The shower was very roomy and very efficient. The continental breakfast was more than enough with the option to take the rest for our lunch. Excellent value for the price.

Superb!

The room was big, comfy, and very clean, the view from the balcony wonderful, the breakfast good (including doggy bags!!), and the landlady very nice! The B&B is located in Hasenfeld which is quite a walk from Heimbach proper and the Rursee, but is conveniently situated between both.
