Veni, vidi and charged my batteries 😁

Almost everything, especially hospitality and smiles of owners, their assertiveness when our younger boy was sick! Countless clean towels with ocean breeze. Big yard with least amount of hazards for young kids, olive 🫒 shades filed with sea winds spiced with salt, table and chairs beneath them... Parking space and good location for exploring.

1. Noise insulation both from inside and outside especially BCS of the motorway near it, 2. Small shower, 3. Missing a cabinet in the bathroom.

Great place to stay! The owners Tasos and Eleni are very polite. Tasos has welcomed us gave us the keys and provide us with all the essential information about the location of the closest beaches and supemarkets. The house has direct access to the main road and at the same time provides privacy. Very clean and cozy and has everything needed for a longer stay! We loved to drink our coffee on the terrace from which you have a view to the sea. The garden is also amazing, full of olive trees and oleander. There is a nice wild beach 300 m away. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend!

We spent a very good time there. I recommend this place to tourists/families looking for privacy.

Beautiful surrounding, orchards between the sea and house. The cliff is clear with a few people. A few minutes on foot, on a dirt road. The house is nice, clear, well equipped. The terrace is pleasant and spacious. Courtyard with rich vegetation and beautiful night lights. Although the road is close, it is quiet enough for rest. Owner is king, correct, very helpful, his presence is not felt, it does not disturb the customers. Towels and bed linen are changed often.

To stay in Greece like to be at home

We were very satisfied with our staying in Platanos Apartment. We’ve been there for 2 weeks, couple with 2 years old son. Apartment is not big size, but cozy and very clean. Everything you need in kitchen equipment except microwave. They provide us children’s cot. Hosts are very helpful, during our staying they bring us 4 times new linens and towels, first evening Tassos was very kind to bring me to supermarket to buy some food, we did’t have the car that day. Eleni recommended me rent car company, who brought us car next day to the apartment, what was so convenient for the family with little child. Near by apartment there is big supermarket, where you can find everything you need, but it’s better to get there by car, not on foot. We haven’t been to nearest beach to apartment, but in 3-4 klm there is nice beach with many beach bars on it, where you don’t need to pay for sun beds just to order some beverages or foods. I also can highly recommend beach cafe Porto Inn with nice hosts and tasty food. It was the best our vacation with child. Thank you so much dearest Eleni, Tassos and George!

Curățenia impecabilă și lenjeria/prosoapele mereu proaspete. Curtea superbă cu măslini – un colț de liniște și natură. Atmosfera de libertate – ne-am simțit ca acasă, cu gazde foarte primitoare.

Soggiorno piacevole

I proprietari abitano proprio sopra quindi molto comodo in caso di necessità, soprattutto per il ritiro delle chiavi, siamo arrivati tardi con l’aereo e loro ci hanno gentilmente aspettato. La casa ha spazi veramente ridotti, forse dalle foto non si carpiva abbastanza, la cucina è molto piccola e poche stoviglie per cucinare, c’erano però diversi detersivi, spugne, sacchetti per la spazzatura, scottex e carta igienica a disposizione, che fa sempre comodo; la pulizia buona, a metà della vacanza ci hanno anche cambiato tutta la biancheria. Il bagno decisamente scomodo, piccolo con pochi piani di appoggio e senza box doccia, inevitabilmente ogni volta che ci si lavava bisognava passare lo straccio per asciugare il pavimento ecc. La casa era fresca non si patisce il caldo ed al bisogno c’è anche l’aria condizionata, ma che noi non abbiamo mai usato perché non ne abbiamo sentito la necessità. Ha un giardino esterno bellissimo e molto vivibile soprattutto se si hanno i bimbi, con un grande barbecue a disposizione. Sembra di essere in mezzo alla natura ma purtroppo c’è una grossa tangenziale che passa proprio accanto alla casa, molto trafficata a tutte le ore, seriamente rumorosa si faceva fatica a dormire alle volte. Manca purtroppo di lavatrice, è indicata la mancanza ma all’atto della prenotazione non ci siamo accorti, secondo me è necessaria andando al mare…abbiamo lavato i capi a mano, c’è comunque un ampio spazio per stendere. La posizione è abbastanza strategica, ha un fornitissimo supermercato proprio a due minuti, benzinaio ed il centro paese a 5 min circa. La consiglio soprattutto per l’accoglienza dei proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili Ha spiagge attrezzate e libere proprio lì vicino se non si vogliono macinare km

Vacanta e o stare de spirit. Alături de familie a fost perfectă.

Locație ușor accesibila de la drumul principal. Gazde primitoare,curățenie atât în interiorul imobilului cât și în curte. Apartament dotat și utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur reușit,saltele foarte comode. Surpriza noastră a fost o plajă ( aproape tot timpul goală)amenajată de localnici, în imediata apropiere.

Recomand pentru cei care cauta liniste si deconectare

Proprietatea a fost conform descrierii. Apartamentul este intr-o casa frumoasa cu o curte minunata, cu maslini si leandrii. Totul foarte ingrijit. Exista o plaja neamenajata in apropiere, pana la care se poate merge pe jos. Pana la plajele amenajate Nea Moudania si Nea Potidea accesul se face cu masina, dar este foarte facil si exista parcari gratuite langa plaja.
