Il giardino curato, la posizione, il parcheggio riservato e che ci sia tutto l’occorrente anche ombrellone e sdrai.

Een prachtige binnentuin waar we op uitkeken vanaf het balkon. 5 minuten lopen naar het strand aan de baai. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand en een ijssalon en een (dure) supermarkt. Het bed sliep heerlijk. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelf koken is ook mogelijk. Er staan een parasol en strandstoelen met wieltjes (die vonden wij alleen niet zo handig). Goede prijs/kwaliteit
De communicatie met de dame die de sleutel overhandigde was lastig want wij spreken geen Italiaans en zij geen Engels. Er lag ook geen manual in het huis met beschrijvingen van bv de airconditioning (die snapten we dus niet wat jammer was). Het was fijn geweest als het schoner was (keukengerei en badkamer vooral).
