Nice personal.
Kitchen well equipped (only a good knife was missing).
Spacious and could be very nice wenn well maintained and modernized.
Renovation and modernization is needed (walls, couch, cortines are very dirty). Shower armature looks like over 20 years old... etc. In the garten/terrase unfortunately probably from the beginning of the season nothing done anymore (zero maintenance 😢).
For Europe looks like 2 stars and not 3 stars.
Such a pity... could be a very nice place with very little interest (no big investments are necessary).
We had to pay for the towels 40 Euros for 2 persons (maybe this is normal in Italy, but we didn't expect that for a 3 stars hotel in Europe).
