Il benvenuto e la disponibilità del bollitore con varie tisane e caffè, il frigo rifornito di bevande, dolcetto e yogurt e il kit di cortesia in bagno. Lo spazio esterno con tavolone e parcheggio interno. L’ubicazione della struttura si trova all’incrocio dei corsi d’acqua fuori dal caos del centro città, vicino al museo della guerra e a i tutti i servizi necessari : ristorante, bar, tabacchi, panetteria, mini market, farmacia.
L’organizzazione della parte comune del giardinetto un po’ trascurata.
