New, very nice and spacious appartment, lovely decorations and fully equipped with everything one could need. Clean, with comfy beds. Safe private parking space in front of the building. Very kind hosts, clear communication about practicalities - arrival, where to find the keys etc. Very practical for a stopover on the way to the seaside.

There are a few apartments in the building and as I could realize, they have the same owner and destination. Pretty secure, enough space to park the car in the courtyard (no gate, but ok), the building entrance is locked. We rented it for a night sleep on the way to our vacation in Croatia. We had a studio on ground floor, enough room for 3 and a spacious at third level, with one large bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds, living, kitchen, bathroom and 2 large balconies. Pretty clean and well fitted.

Some utilities are old, but one can manage without much problems. If you go on peak season weekends, try to leave as early as you can, the traffic on the highway is a nightmare.

Very spacious and well decorated modern apartment. About 25 minutes' walk away from Karlovac centre and the main bus station. Good air con and comfortable bed. Washing machine was useful and there were plenty of plug sockets in all of the rooms which was appreciated. Easy to collect the keys from the safe contact-free after providing host with ID details (though it would have been better if they'd sent the request details at least a day before because it's not always easy to pick up messages online on a travel day). Was mildly alarmed by the scaffolding surrounding the building when we first arrived, but no work was done during our 2 night (Thursday/Friday) stay.

WiFi wasn't the best and did occasionally drop out. Shower temperature didn't stay consistently hot. Boiler in the bathroom was noisy.

Good price, clean room, access without stairs, good location, easy access

strong cigarette smell in the hallway and inside the room. It was obvious, someone smoked in there, even there is a sign on the wall that probits it. Burn stain (from cigarette?) at the night counter. The air cleaning device did not quite do the job well.
