Ich habe mich bei HANS sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gemütliche Wohnung war trotz hoher Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl und entspricht exakt den Bildern. Dank seiner persönlichen Tipps und hilfreichen Informationen auf seiner Homepage habe ich mich bei meinem Kurztrip sofort im schönen Neustadt zurecht gefunden. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Ein sehr zugewandter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. WIr haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich Charakter und Charme und ist in diesem Sinne etwas besonderes. E-Bikes konnten problemlos sicher untergestellt und geladen werden. Zu Fuß war man in 7 min im Stadtzentrum.

Hans ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, netter Gastgeber, wie man sich ihn wünscht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie daheim. Überall in der Wohnung sind kleine Zettel mit Hilfestellungen/Bedienungsanleitungen/Informationen versehen, die keine Fragen offen lassen. Eine schöne Rundumversorgung mit Infos. Es ist ein sehr gut gepflegter Altbau, wie alle Häuser dort, mit ihrem eigenen Charme. Die Lage ist optimal, da man zu Fuß sehr bequem und schnell die Geschäfte/Restaurants etc. der Innenstadt erreicht. Wir freuen uns schon auf eine weitere Buchung ...
