1. Gave us the wrong key to another room . Went back gave us a key that didnt work . Went back again . Solved
2. Bed frame was broken? So every night I had to fix it from falling on us.
3. Bed sheets were dirty with hairs on them . Had to clean them
4. Batteries did not work in controller for tv.
I'm very easy going . So these problems are not major to me but to someone else major issues. The biggest issue is the bed frame wood is split?! That's a little ridiculous and needs to be fixed right away .
