Everything! From the moment you arrive and Barbara greets you with her warm smile until you walk into your room, everything is simply perfect. The property is spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It’s obvious that Barbara has poured her heart into creating a peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable place for her guests. The hotel is absolutely amazing, and our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. We were already wishing we had booked a longer stay and can’t wait to come back. This isn’t just a place to sleep and have breakfast—thanks to Barbara, it’s an experience. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was generous, freshly prepared, and included the most delicious homemade pastries, all made by Barbara. She even thoughtfully packed little bags of food for us to take on our trip to Plitvice Lakes, perfect for a picnic or to enjoy on the journey home. It was such a kind and unexpected touch. Barbara also gave us fantastic advice on how to make the most of our visit to the lakes. She is incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality is second to none, and she truly goes above and beyond to make every guest’s stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and will definitely be back.

What an amazing find near Plitvice National Park! Barbara and her mother, Zrinka, were so kind and accommodating. The room was clean, modern and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was amazing and they even had some meats, cheeses and breads out to make sandwiches for a picnic lunch in the park. The most delicious treat was a homemade cookie to eat after our hiking. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking. A nice gas station and grocery store are only five minutes down the road on the way to the park. A++ stay.

Of the 9 hotel's we stayed during our trip, zrinka house was the best. From the minute we arrived, Barbara and her Mom greeted us and welcomed us like family. The breakfast was amazing We would definitely stay again and recommend it.
