About this villa rental
Villa Kas Amigos is equipped with every luxury to enjoy a well deserved holiday. The villa has 1 master bedroom with its own connected modern bathroom and one bedroom with a separate bathroom. Of course, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and is fully open so you always have contact with the living room and the porch during cooking. From both the kitchen and the living room you can walk on the porch to enjoy a cool splash in your private pool. In the entire villa high speed wifi is available. The villa is perfect for couples or friends travelling together. Relax in your cool personal oasis. Enjoy the peace and the romantic sunsets on the porch deck with a delicious cocktail.
For active travelers there is the possibility to go diving within a short distance. A Padi is present at the resort Coral Estate and there is a beach. In the direct neighborhood there are several other natural beaches such as Kokomo, Daaibooi or Port Marie at a 5-10 minute drive. There you can also do other water sport activities such as kayaking and snorkeling. You can conveniently go out to dinner at the resort! Both restaurants, KORAAL and KARAKTER are located just 500 m from the villa on the resort. There you can enjoy a variety of specials or à la carte dining. At Bread & More you can enjoy freshly baked pizza's, pasta's and salads as well as coffees and pastries!

Communication with Belinda was quick and efficient. More thorough check-in details would have been helpful due to cultural differences (ie- instructions on how to check the meters). She answered all of our questions and was helpful.House numbers were not on the mailbox like others in the area. (Tip - Look for the giant chicken statue in the neighbour’s front yard.)The private pool and deck was great. We enjoyed the rollup door that allowed full indoor outdoor living. (But this also meant LOTS of mosquitoes)A nice bonus- outlets for both EU and North American plugsA few things that made it a 4 star vs a 5 for us:Bath towels provided were actually hand towelsNo pillows for the master bed, only throw pillows. (we robbed from the guest room)No door to the master ensuite. With 2 bathrooms in the house, this wasn’t a deal breaker but could be awkward depending on travel partner. Some things need a door. Open air concept was nice - but there are only shutters to close at night and no way to make the rooms air tight when you turn on the air conditioner. As expensive as electricity is on island, this seems odd. Note: Coral Estates is far from most attractions. Not a criticism - just something to be aware of. Overall, Kas Amigos is a great house and I would recommend if it seems to fit your needs, with a few caveats as above.

Belinda’s home in Coral Estates was the perfect place for our adult family to spend time together and explore this amazing island. It is close to so many beautiful beaches and having the restaurant facilities on the estate was very convenient. The home itself is well equipped for all your needs, and has a wonderful view! Belinda is an attentive host and communicates well. You will be very happy with your stay at Villa KasAmigos!

Belinda’s property was beautiful, clean, and modern. The location was perfectly located between Willemstad and the Westpunt beaches, minimizing driving time. We also appreciated the safety of the location, being in a gated community that was very well staffed by security 24 hours. It was just the two of us, but the property would’ve been ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. Thank you, Belinda!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the house. It was so peaceful and calm and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle. The house was well equipped and the a/c worked efficiently to cool us down for sleep. The pool was great to relax in after daily excisions to local beaches. We also really enjoyed having 3 restaurants at the resort which helped simplify meal planning.
