    Cheap, private area, but with lots of draw back. Worn out, broken and dangerous.
    The location is in the good spot. Very private access, closed of area. No neighbors near by. There is a private access to the lake, however it is overgrown a bit, very shallow and not great for swimming.
    Watch out for the dog excrement all over the area - thats a first thing you need to do. The smell in the two of the houses were terrible - had to keep all windows open to try and get rid of it - did not help. They do not provide bedding (informed about it in advance so we brought our own), and the beds are worn out and dirty. The water supply is troublesome - you may or may not have hot water. Some of the sinks (in the big house) does not work. Out of the three toilets, 1 toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, the other was broken having sharp edges all over. Had troubles getting hold of the host - sent couple of questions never received an answer even though I can see the message was read in the app. The boat that they advertise is actually dangerous, having a broken seat.
